mines a NO too cos I fear we would not end up with the best of the best just some mediocre crap and NYorks too good to lose.
Of course local FEO's should be retained to liaise with local shooting communities, but do we really need duplicated management structures in each Constabulary area? After all other important documents such as Passports & Driving Licenses are administered centrally, relatively more efficient & cost effective than Firearms Licensing. atb TimHi,

Oh and i aint traveling down to Doncaster every-time they need to see me....

Not quite, in essence you sack the Chiefs but keep the Indiansagreed but if you centralize the admin they still will have a system to monitor it local so your still duplicating a system that works fine,
