I went on Sunday and had an excellent time - but spent much of the day chatting to people and not a lot of time shopping.

I'm looking forward to next year's though, as it'll be at Stoneleigh near Warwick and so close enough to home for me to go both days.

Went on Sunday, it looked to be well attended, and enjoyed the day. Even bumped into a keeper friend of mine, who had come all the way from the highlands of Scotland. Called into the Browning stall due to having a problem with my .270 magazine. Looks as if they are going to replace it foc. As its getting on a bit and done quite a bit of work, I will be over the moon if this happens. (I'll post a report if I receive a new one).

went on Saturday with a pal of mine, and i bought an AIM Rifle Slip 50, wasnt cheap but well worth the investment i recon, reading and researching hope it will be a good buy!!!!!!!

I really enjoyed a 1/2 day at the show having driven an hour to attend. Stoneleigh is to to travel for 1/2 day

Sorry if I rubbed it in. Not much good if you can only spare half a day, I know, but, for anyone having to travel further who can make a weekend of it, there's a lot more inexpensive overnight accommodation within 30 minutes of Stoneleigh than within 30 minutes of Newark.

Went Sunday. Didn't get recognised by anyone, it's a hard life being an internet porn star.
Didn't spend too much as I didn't see a lot I wanted. I noticed that the tactical rifles seems to be getting made by everybody and their dog.
Nearly bought an Artkis jacket, I was chatting to the lady on the stand and pointed that I didn't like the finish on the button holes for a jacket costing over £170 and she said they could sort it, called the hubbie over to seal the deal and all he went on about was charging me an extra £80 to make it look right.

I gave up at that point and walked off, shame as I do like the kit.

Other than that a good show and had a nice walkabout, liked the BASC stand doing tea for a donation to charity. Found it just at the right time.

Now onwards in the quest for my search for the perfect left handed synthethic HMR :D
