newbee on site oldie in real life

hi , as stated i'm new here but don't let that stop you asking or giving advise . As a longstanding member and shooter I may have some words of wisdom, and I'm always open to new ideas as I believe shooting is a progressive sport and job that evolves all the time. As my nick suggests I have spent many hours working with loads for the .22-250 and just about know this calibre inside out from fastest speeds to heaviest accurate rounds. I hope to learn from others on here as well as help others myself, my new obsession is the .243 so any advise will be most welcome.
    cheers.
