    Unexpectedly available N. Hants

I have some ground in the N. Hants/ Berks borders that I have managed for a number of years. Usually I have a Danish friend come and stalk for 3days in late April early May and for the last 2 years he has let me down. On average we shoot 2/3 bucks.
    Here is the deal.
There are NO stalking fees but there are trophy fees. The reason for this is that it is a culling operation. If a shootable beast presents itself then you will be expected to shoot it. It is not a shoot on sight policy as many young bucks are left to mature into trophy animals. I must stress that it is NOT shoot on sight.
In exchange for the no stalking fees you will be expected to pay for accomodation. We normally stay at a local B&B and this costs out at about 70/ twin room/night. This of course means that effectively stalking fees would work out to 35-00/ outing. They don't kick you out so you can get a daytime nap and your luggage is secure.
If you interested then send me a pm. Recommended dates are 27/28/29 April/4/5/6 May and 11/12/13 May
Be quick as I also stalk in Dorset and I could get a booking.

Looks interesting but a little vague. Is this a cull, with fees of the usual order for cull bucks or is this trophy hunting, with greater trophy fee's? I ask because I am not interested in trophies as my predominant pursuit but for the expansion of my experience. If a trophy grade animal presents itself am I expected to take it at trophy prices or can I leave it and wait see if a cull animal presents? If I am obliged to take it what are your trophy fees?

Cull animals do not incur a fee and I have to say that they are pretty rare. Most 1 year old animals are 4 pointers and over the ears in velvet so are left well alone. I generally only shoot 6 pointers or malforms. I have posted some photos so as people can see what sort of animals I have. The largest to date is a 183cic buck. Although that said alot are Silver medals with a good scattering of normal bucks. Prices by PM

Another bump. Now open to offers as no takers yet. I may well be going up at weekend, prices were as follows,

    Roe buck
    Bronze 400
    Silver 500
    Gold 600
Smaller 6 pointers that are good but not medal 250
    Cull bucks no charge

Occasional Muntjac no charge unless large then 100

Make me an offer. YOU MAY BE SUPRISED

Given that you say cull bucks are rare, is it fair to assume that if I were to stalk with you, and shoot something it would cost at least 250 plus the hotel room? If I don't shoot something then I would still pay 70 for a hotel room? Am I reading that right?

Yes, you are correct. Smaller 6 pointers are generally left as they almost inevitably turn into much larger animals in this area. PM me if you want a deal on prices as some animals have to go or I'm going to end up shooting them myself.

Just been up this weekend and this is one of 5x mature bucks that I saw
