    well the SA80 should be traceable (if the id number is there.) ill keep an eye on who ends up un jail in the camps here.

    We were asked to take ourselves inside the house for safety reasons and an armed response team arrived within a few minutes.

    Why? Were these illegal firearms likely to fire spontaneously?

    told to stay inside so they were not 'accidentally' shot by armed response unit !

    SA80 complete with SUSAT, as Bob says that should be traceable anyway.

    Easy answer if you think about it....no different to when finding a weapons cache in Afghanistan ....they could have been booby trapped
