    blood for training

    would any body going out around the the lancs area be willing to colect the blood from a kill for me to train my dog with

    I was told that it was possible to keep it without it going off , but I dont know what you put with it. Any ideas?

    Stick it in the freezer, small pasta sauce pots or sauce bottles are ideal, then just defrost when you need it. You may need to strain the lumps out of it, or use a cheap handheld blender, to get the consistency back.

    I asked my daughter who is a fan of all the twilight films and she had no idea how to keep it fresh.

    It's either salt or sugar. I'll look it up which one it is.

    Don't use anything. Sieve the blood and clots through muslin cloth to remove the fibrin, this is what makes it clot.
