The type you are looking for is called a 'Pirschleine' and Niggeloh make one. I'm sure Kit (Muntjac Trading) had one amongst his wares: http://www.niggeloh.de/niggelohShop/...rschleine.html

My local manufacturer does something similar called a 'Hunting Lead' in rope but it doesn't have the swivels and clip to hold the collar end when not in use that the Niggeloh one has:

EDIT: Just had a look at the Muntjac Trading webpage and the '2-in-1 Lead' certainly looks to be the Niggeloh one, (although it's not put together as you would use it).

2 in 1 comes in two types now
Original has uprated easier to use clips, cold hand friendly
New type has a slip collar rather than a clip to put on collar.
    Both are niggeloh
Hunting leads a la kjk can be made to order to have either a clip or a slip at the end
All go over shoulders to keep the hands free.
2 in 1 can extend to make a short tracking lead

Is that John humphries that supplies equipment for protection dog protection work training. If so plus one, used his services quite a few years ago. I also recommend muntjac trading , kit is a good guy,
