Redding Standard vs Deluxe vs RCBS Standard vs Competition

    Right Guys I've a dilemma...
I'm in need of a Full Length 204 Die. No where seems to sell them individually (for sensible money) and to date, no one has one secondhand to sell.

Therefore I'm contemplating the inevitable - New!

Before i buy new i'm thinking i need some help.

Can anyone tell me if there's a difference between the standard and deluxe redding die sets from the point of view of machining/function?
I know that the deluxe set has FL, Neck and Seat whereas the standard only has two - is this the only difference?

How do RCBS compare to Redding (opinion based I know)?

I do like the 'precise' nature of seating a bullet but would a competition seating die over the top for varminting if RCBS competition die was a possibility???

Few questions there but any help is appreciated in either parting with 40 or 104.

    Many thanks,
    Chris

Have you considered the Redding Type "S" sets?
With sizing you get the choice of either full or neck only, and both use a bush to give optimum neck tension.
If you choose the Match set (you will not regret it) you get the competition seating die.
    Good luck
