Safe with combination wheel lock for firearms

Does anybody use a bank style safe with a combination wheel lock for their firearms?

they tend to be quite short dont they?
anything tall enough to house a rifle would probably weigh three tons!

Might do. It wouldn't be a fancy one like the barska ones though. Would be a second hand old fashioned one.

I use a Tresore, German make, weighs, 285kgs so bit of a pig when moving house, even worse when your emigrating.UK firearms depts where quite happy with it not being bolted down, they just wanted it covered, so did the missus as it wasn`t very eseticallly pleasing in the kitchen , so I got a mate to make a false cabinet to hide it.

Sentry make safes with rotary combination locks. I've had mine for about 7 years. It's billed as a 14 gun safe, but that's a tight squeeze (15's even tighter ). It weighs about 18st.

This is what I am thinking. If it works it should be quite cost effective.

Hi, if you try the defence sales sites you might find one for a good price.
