Help needed for .223 ammo choice

    Hey all
A friend of mine is just in throws of having a rifle built and asked me if I could recommend a factory ammo that is readily available which be suitable for both target & fox
Also I would like to enquire which bullet/powder combo you would use for both target & fox as he wants me to reload a few
Rifle is chambered in .223 , has a 1-8 twist and 20" barrel

Looking at 60-70 weight range possibly hollow points
Any help and recommendations would be appreciated
    Many thanks
    Stone

I have used these very same loads through my Border 1/8 twist .223, on a compliant rock target, same results as Mike's.

I have used these through my 1..9 twist remmy 700 and they shot 1/2inch at 100yds from the off with an upper range load.
Still playing with the length but they are certainly worth a look at.
