    stalking lease.

Hi there I'm new to the site and loving it so far many hours spent looking through and laughing. There is so much info between you's all , in fact you might be able to help with a few things. Ive been stalking for about 10 years, and love every bit, i have been lucky in by helping some local keepers in return they have let me help with there deer management.
but now im intrested in getting some land to manage myself, whats the best way to obtain your own land to lease? and whats the normal charge for stalking lease?

    Hmmm. Hmmm.

I would say, that any land with a deer population sufficiently large to be worth leasing will already be covered by someone, you will be extremely fortunate to find such land where the owner has deer and no-one has asked to shoot them.

That leaves you with the option of outbidding a current lease holder/stalker.

That will not endear you to some people.
