    blaser owners

I have bought a blaser r93 secondhand rifle, the gunshop is having trouble removing the forsight to allow the scope to be installed.
Can you let me know how they should be removing it, at the moment they are leaving it until a guy comes back off his holiday.
    Thanks in advance

that's the problem, you need to take it to a qualified gunsmith who knows what they're doing rather than someone who just sells stuff. if your shop doesn't know how to do this simple job, ask someone who does, or you'll risk them causing damage to it, the bluing, etc. etc.

I am a bit puzzled by this, I used to have a R93 with the iron sights. I had a S & B scope on the Blaser mounts, there was no need to remove anything, why are you removing your front sight? atb Tim
