Hi - I am a 43 year old Manufacturing manager from Hampshire. Having over 35 years experience in many forms of fieldsports. I build fishing rods in my spare time and at present mainly spend my evenings stalkingn rabbits with a 17 HMR.

I am interested in deer stalking and would like to gain experience in all aspects of the field to give me confidence, in handling, carcass management etc - the whole deal.

I am particularly interested in peoples views as to the best way to enter into this area of our sport. Any recommendation would be most welcome.

    Many thanks

    Regards STEVE

Welcome to SD - I am sure that a bit of time and involvement on here will at least help put your hand on the door handle if not open a few doors.
