    Holiday Cottage in Ross-Shire

    Hi,
My wife and I run a self catering holiday cottage for 2 on the shores of the Cromarty Firth in Easter Ross. We have a few weeks available for August which will be discounted by 15% from the advertised rate.

If anybody is interested please pm me and I can forward the link to the property.

    Thanks

    A.M.

Thought I would be better to put the link to the cottage on www.holiday-rentals.co.uk/p415971 The property is called "Osprey cottage"

Altho we do not allow dogs in the property, I have 2 newly constructed, secure, covered kennels at the bottom of the garden if any body should need them. We also have direct access to the foreshore.

The remaining August weeks have been reduced to 425.00

We are currently advertising with a large well known holiday letting company who dictate the prices that we charge. But we have decided to not renew our contract with them for 2013 and are going it alone mainly due to their commission & booking fees.

If you have any questions just ask.

    Cheers

Some are upto 33% commission charges and restrictions on how many 'owner weeks' you can have. Whose home is it anyway ? We have used holidaylettings.co.uk with success for our deerpath.co.uk as they charge no commission and no restrictions on private useage which is what we bought it for in the first place !
