More crap being introduced by yourselves ???

The next will be have you done the health and safety course, to inspect ladders and scaffolding ,so how can you fill out what will be a legal document stating the structure is safe for use . .??

This is a mine field your walking into ,buy a portable high seat that is only for your own use .

I have 74 high seats, I am required as part of my job to inspect them twice a year to check they are not rotten/falling over.

Having a document to record this info is useful.

What training have you had to inspect the high seats ,that's what im getting at ,on scaffold you have a scaffold tag to follow which is signed off by a trained inspecter .

Are you a trained inspector ,at the end of the day it is you that will be sued,if one of your clients falls out of it or has a accident the buck stops at you not your employer .

Here's one I made up for my own records

Name:	Typical high seat record sheet.pdf
Views:	41
Size:	759.8 KB
ID:	17637

It's a word document and you attach a photo and map location for each high seat.
