Hi,
Somehow, I managed to lose a turret cap for my Zeiss Dutalyt :doh:

I contacted Jon the Zeiss sales rep and he put me in contact with the Zeiss UK office.

I explained I had lost the cap, within 2 days I had a replacement land on my door mat, totally free of charge.

Hats off to their customer service. :tiphat:

I had the same issue a couple of weeks ago, a quick e-mail to zeiss and a few days later a new eye cup FOC, they do know how to look after their customers.
 
I still have my turret cap, but lost my Zeiss Duralyt scope, maybe if i ask, i get a replacement .........


Just kidding, i have a Swarovski :D
