    Red deer of New Zealand.

    Hey guys,

Continuation from my previous thread about Sambar deer. The other main species I hunt in back home is Red deer.

Here a few photo's and videos of some of the deer I have taken.

One of the last deer I shot before leaving New Zealand was this hind. (Double click the image - video).

    Thanks for looking.

I have not been to NZ but did not realise how rough the terrain was, i did know it was mountainous
    Good to have you onboard
Humans are pre wired with fight or flight response
    Great Grandad fought, Grandad fought.
For the sake of my Grandchild I wish for Less Flight responses entering Europe

Mountainous is one way to describe it here.

Some nice North Island reds there.

I have only stalked on the South Island(used to live near Wanaka) but Sambar and Sika in the North do have a definate trip!
