harris swivel 9-13 for a longer version

    hi folks

i am just wondering if anyone would consider a swap.

i currently have a harris 9-13 swivel bipod with notched legs on my stalking rifle but the ground i stalk has realy thick heather and i could do with a bipod with longer legs, happy to add cash for the right thing.

    anyone interested?

    ally

Shame I have just done a swap with another SD member for a 9-13 on a Harris S25C, I have another (the S25) but am reluctant to get rid of both long ones in case of change in circumstances.... Good Luck though..

I got the long one, and hated it, oh, despised the d@mn thing, you cannot for the life of you take a prone shot, on its lowest setting you can't even rest on your elbows...I cut it down, took the bugger apart and reduced the legs so the finished product was an 8" to 22", PERFECT

Why didn't you just trade it in like everyone else? Just curious, it's an expensive bit of kit to go cutting to pieces and I wouldn't have trusted myself making a proper job out of it? Agree it is just too long for taking prone shots on flat ground, especially with bigger tube scopes..
