All the gear and no idea!

Bizarrely I found this website whilst looking for Sloe Port recipes!! It seems excellent. I have been shooting clays for 12 months but have two driven days in the next couple of months with a ladies syndicate I have been lucky enough to join. Last week I went beating for the first time and loved it. I would really like to learn to pick up but I workquite long hours so getting a dog is difficult. I have alway had dogs and not having one is awful. I have breed horses in the past and various other farm animals so I am real country girl.
it would be great to meet another like minded lady new to shooting to go clay pigeon shooting with at the weekend but they seem few and far between in Lancashire. Husband on the way out (divorce not heart failure) so no one to press fire the clays. The ladies syndicate are great but based mainly in Yorkshire.
Enjoy the season everyone. :lol::lol::lol:
