I use Viht N140 with my 243. 70gr Sierra 40gr N140 with Winchester primer, crimped will group touching at 100m thanks to help from BaconButtie

edit: here are some pics from Monmouth Range at 100m, left one is the 40gr (worked to) right one is off the sierra website advised as a good hunting load, 38.6gr. The weights advised by Lapua for Viht actually caused a stuck bolt and blow back well below the max load so be a little careful!

As do most of the bullet maker sites - I'd NOT really be happy using a recipe that was posted in a forum due to liability & human error factors
(have ya seen the spelling some buggers use on forums?) You are only one key stroke error short of a big ka-boom & it's bye bye fingers

A scanned page from a manual would be different as such things are triple & quadruple checked for accuracy of data & typos by the company lawyers.

I use 4895 as the main powder for ALL my calibers (.223, 6.5x55, 6.8SPC, 30-06) for general use - then revert to N133, RL7 & RL19 etc. for specialist loads using specific bullet weights for the caliber in question
