    Permission slip

Is it acceptable in the eyes of the FLD to submit a copy of a previous permission slip when renewing your license? The permission is still valid etc and ill call to preempt and FEO calls but it saves bothering the land owner.
I know he would prefernit if I could just copy it.

Doesn't seem to be a hard and fast rule for this - my FLO just called the permissions to check and I used the same permission slips. Have had friends who've been told they need current dated and signed permission slips though...!

Thanks. The slip I have isn't dated but they call the landowner anyways so I can't see there being a problem.

    There should be no problem.
    I sold a .308 recently and applied for a 1 for 1 for a .30/06 .
I went to Firearms HQ , gave them a letter showing my sale and to whom, filled in Form 101 there and told them all my permissions were currently valid other than on one estate which I had given up.

I did not want them to phone that owner.
