    That is a paraglider - not a hang glider and is used (like microlights) by people wishing to find a new way to die.
    Handle every stressful situation like a dog. If you can't eat it, hump it or learn from it then piss on it and walk away.

    It is a Para Glider not a Hang Glider. A hang glider is similar to a microlite but without an engine.

    I once landed a glider (sailplane to Muir and others over there ) in a school playing field and the local paper turned up to get pictures (why?) and I explained the reason for landing out then was soon on my way after the recovery guys had turned up with the trailer.

    Anyway, the paper printed "Plane lands in school. Pilot loses his thermals".

    Ignorance is bliss - it was summer anyway!

    I'd be impressed if you could actually see the landing . For all we know the bloke is still hanging in a tree .
