Thread: low key moderators

    low key moderators

despite my utter hatred for them, I'm after a low key moderator for my .223. It will need to:
    a. be black
    b. be reasonably narrow in diameter, in fact, quite narrow
    c. be as short as possible without looking like a short fat lump
    d. be 'end of barrel' desing
    e. still work very effectively
    f. cost under or around 250 max

I was thinking CMM but have no idea, anyone offer feedback/help?

I use Atec cmm on both .223 and .308, my old T8 is gathering dust (and rust probably)
I think it ticks all the boxes

CMM4 all the way, I have one on my 22-250, does a cracking job, doesn't over balance the rifle either and is asthetically pleasant to look at.

    TJ
Position and hold must be firm enough to support the firearm
The firearm must point naturally at the target without any undue physical effort
Sight alignment (aiming) must be correct
The shot must be released and followed through without disturbing the position
