    nice video. did wonder what he was doing with the tree branches tho?

    Yes, it's as a way of paying respect to the game, sort of acknowledging its' sacrifice. Often on formal hunts, the game will be laid out "in state" and people will stand around a minute while someone plays a hunting horn. I think it's really quite beautiful and do something similar on my own, just remembering to take a moment to reflect on what's actually happened. But then maybe I'm just a bit soppy.
