    Couple of rough and ready knives i knocked up this evening

    This one is in 12C27 stainless with stabilised Amboyna burl scales:





    This grallocher is in 01 with green canvas micarta:

    Very nice! Would love a couple of knives like that. Limited (student!) funds mean I've gotta stick to using a cheap 'n' cheerful 10 jobby.....

    Many a deer been gralloched with 10 knives mate, they do the job just as well as these will, and leave you with money to spend on stalking

    10 pounds ,you came up on the pools, a power hacksaw blade cut to lenghth holes pricked in with a welding rod scales clinked on and ground to shape will take and hold a edge that takes some beating .Still the knives you have there are a credit to you.

    Thanks chaps!

    I originally started the main blade over a year ago and offered it to the BDS to auction off. They never actually replied to the offer so it sat around for ages.

    After a house move I had no workshop till just last month, now I can start rockin an rollin again and catch up on a few bits!
