Thread: Finding bigger leases with commercial potential?

Finding bigger leases with commercial potential?

pretty simple really, I'm looking to get my teeth into a bigger lease in Scotland with the size and potential to get out guests now and again so knows of anything decent up to 4k's worth ideally with reds and sika. Nearer to the central belt would be better but up north is fine if it's good ground.

Does anyone know of grounds likely to be coming up or that are possibles?

692acres and ready for felling large parts of it?????? not the place for taking clients now is it???

I would be looking out towards inverness area if you want something that is substantial enough to warrant taking clients, Get in touch with Bowlts chartered surveyors as they look after alot of stuff up that way and it might even be worthwhile contacting some estates direct if you're paying good money

And I can tell you why there's no cull returns for previous years...... cus nowt there,. There's a huge amount of felling planned for the site - as well as the road upgrading works necessary. Not a chance of deer hanging around for that, we've had the same issue for the last 24 months (very) locally and any deer just vanished. 3 phases of felling planned for this site, all the best with a bid for that - Tilhill should be paying for someone to stalk it. Give it at least 3-4 years following felling, when the restocking is just starting to grow and it might be worth a few pence - there'll be some good birdwatching to be had instead with eagles, harriers and ravens....

Bang on - massive disturbance and huge tracts that will be inaccessible unless you want a snapped ankle - no chance of taking your motor in whilst theyre working either
