    Another succesful trip

I had 4 young Finnish clients this week from Wed through to Monday, with 8 outings booked. Despite the weather being inconsistent we managed to grass 10 deer, 2 Roe does, 1 Fallow pricket, 1 Fallow calf and 6 Fallow does. Plus 3 foxes, and a thankyou to Robin off the site for helping out and taking 3 of the deer on his permission.

This is the 6th group of Finns I have had this winter, and as a whole they are good people who hunt hard and dont mind helping out either. Back at it on Wednesday and shortly after on CWD, plus a cull day on the park I look after before a Christmas break.

Thanks again to Robin for the help.

You must be almost bilingual by now what with the Finnish and your native tongue, you only need to master English now and you will have the hat trick .

    Well done mate,

Thanks for the thank you Malc,
Every group we have had this year have been so different from one another,
some have been as ancient as me,, some like the last lot have been young lads, under 35
but all have one thing in common, their love of hunting, whatever the weather.
They all have the desire to learn how we hunt as it is so different from their own,
our countyside is also very different from theirs and most wish to learn,
what is that tree, does it have fruit, can you eat it, what is that bird, flower, bramble etc. etc.
All have been good company, and a pleasure to take out, even the one that missed a gold medal Fallow Buck at 30 yds.
Thanks again Malc for asking me to help out again this year, I do enjoy the challenge.
