    Exmoor Reds

    On holiday at the moment (albeit not far from home)... not hard to find deer up here! Hope I've managed to upload the pic ok

    I think the light is better in the first. I suggest that you enter it in the Countryfile calendar contest next year.

    Hi Bob i see you made your comments with sincerity but i would not enter the photo in the COUNTRY FILE competition as over the years the programme has changed from a farming programme to a politically based agender in my opinion as, what photo won this year a BADGER stolling down a lane. This to me was an indirect statement that Badgers should not be culled even though they showed Adam suffering great losses from TB. Just my own thoughts of how the winning photo was put over.

    A few from today. Has been thick fog the last few days, though seen deer at random times most places. Magic part of the world. Like Dartmoor on steroids. Seriously steep valleys and stunning scenery. Less than 2 hrs from home, will definitely be back

    They are a fair bit less fussed about humans than the Dartmoor ones!
