    blaser r 93 problem

was looking at a blaser r93 and noticed some corrosion on the side panel of the wooden stocked version would this be a problem with the gun or is this common? i was also wondering if the panels can be swaped or powder coated? or would it be better to stay away from it all together?

If there is rust on the side panels you'd want to be very careful as to where else there might be rust and it certainly wouldn't indicate a rifle that had been well looked after.
