home made night vision thread on sd

hi all, some time last year, there was a thread on sd about making a night vision set up.
its like the ns200 with a screen on top of the scope.

i think it may have been down loaded from youtube but cant find it anywhere, and im sure it was english not usa.

if any one could point me in the right direction i would be grateful.
    thanks, mark.

Loads of sensible info on the nightvision forum and they're a very friendly bunch too if you run into difficulties... you probably need to join to view the posts but that's no hardship. There's a fair few members on here that belong to both. www.nightvisionforumuk.com Index page

I read this thread and others referenced, thought i'd give it a try.
Got the LCD screen, CCTV camera and a replacement lens - connected it all up and stuck the camera onto a piece of Plastic Pipe, which slides over the scopes on my .22 & .22/250.
The LCD screen i've fitted to the back of my Deben Tracer Lamp (which i have an IR filter for).
The combination of the camera and IR lamp produces excellent visibilty out to 100yds, acceptable out to 150yds.
I've tried to take pictures of the images but the quality doesn't reflect what you can actually see on the LCD screen.
A quick tour of the field near the house and 3 bunnies popped with ease.
Well worth the little cost and effort to get this option going.
