When in hunt service we lined everything out and dragged skins off all the fallen stock with knacker truck for two reasons, time, we'd be skinning all day sometimes, and skins didn't fetch as much full of holes!!! Not that they were my perk, mine was offal and fat! Oh happy days!!! Lol!!!

I've seen people use air to blow them off , a small incision on the back then insert a air hose and 150 psi and it comes off , then just cut around the neck and legs .

To those that have experience with this: is it easier taking it off from the head end (as in the vid) or from the back?
