    Zeiss customer Service 2

    A big thanks to Gary Hawkins of Zeiss UK, i emailed Zeiss customer services to ask about a part for my Duralyt Scope ( lost my vertical turret cap while re-zeroing ) to see were i could by a new one. Gary reply ed today, sending one in the post no charge. Again a big thanks to to Gary and Zeiss.

    I did exactly the same
    spoke to Zeiss at Stoneleigh and lone behold a new turret cap in the post at no charge
    yep could not fault it
    Even thou I offered to pay for it
