Just reading an article in the new scientist.
Shadowview, a non profit organisation based in the uk and the Netherlands is hiring out a variety of drones and an expert pilot to people it agrees with politically. They've agreed to supply drones to LACS to find out whether the UK fox hunting ban is being flouted.

Where's my 36gr 4's

Totally agree a lot of the members of my syndicate have a pair of special number ones in there pocket for this exact reason!!!!!!

what time does the first drive start ?

May have to fit my cut down browning .22 Buckmark to an RC SPITFIRE for a little 1939-45 renactment n shoot down a few Axis drones lol

Had no idea that they had active animal rights groups in America. Bit of an uphill task there I would imagine.

Where do you stand legally if you pop one of these things? That would be my biggest concern lol

Are those guys shooting pigeons released from traps (trap shooting)?
Is it legal in the USA? - Outlawed in UK years ago.

Any drone operating over or near people should be illegal, personally I would not hesitate to shoot it down.
But I would be on private properety, anybody arriving and asking have you seen my RC toy would just be escorted of the land.

Neil. :)

can the radio signal to them be taken over

The old AM CB radio sets will screw up radio controlled models especially if they have a 50 watt burner on and key the transmit switch in bursts.:D They were made illegal because of interference with hospital equipment etc but you can still get hold of them.

I've got one of those CB radios with a burner on now where's the drones or I could just have some fun & my own RC airplane to cause a mid air collision maybe even try n claim of them if over my land lol

Or a case of mistaken identity, unfortunate I know lol

Just don't be mistaken and shoot down a police or fire service one because I think they will take a dim view of it more so than if one belonging to the antis gets mistaken for a ???? And as for the army/air force maybe they would be inclined to return fire.
