Here's one for the First Aiders

Apart from what could be a language barrier, what could/would you do if you came across this "casualty"

A first aider will not come across this casualty, he made his own way to hospital.

He'd probably get the same treatment that all numpties got when arriving at the E & A - a liberal dose of scorn whilst the nurses took every opportunity to embarass them. As a young copper and working in Brighton, I'd occasionally get assigned to the E&A so I've seen all manner of objects shoved up numpties arses. It was before the wireless revolution so the nurses would usually leave them on a trolley, under a thin sheet and holding the cables.
There was a short period of a year or so in which the local pet stores couldn't get enough small rodents to meet the massive demand but ill refrain from continuing in an open forum.

I think I would ask the man to swallow a hook, line and sinker and catch the eel from the other end

Teach him how to tie a large not at the base of the Eels tail before beginning the act. Not that I am an expert. What a numpty, anyone should know that.

There is an audio clip somewhere ( can't remember where, something similar to YouTube, I think)
of a radio programme in America, they're reading out a similar story,
All I'll say is it involves a Hamster, and a match or lighter is involved.

It gets so funny to listen to, and the presenter ends up laughing so much, that they stop the show and play music
let's just say they get they're just rewards for they're actions
Theres definitely some weirdos and sickos out there
