    sizing lighter bullets

Where do you start when seating lighter bullets, do you start at min oal and work outwards , people say you should be this or that distance off the lands but with a light bullet you may nearly out of the case neck doing this.

I have been loading some 70 gr SMKs recently for practice in the 243 Ackley. The neck is gripping the bullet firmly and that's all I am looking for. The bullet is a long way off the lands, but that's fine by me. Regards JCS
