Help - engineer needed with metal lathe

Apologies if this is the wrong section (Alex, please feel free to move if so) but I am looking for the services of an engineer with a metal lathe.

I have two wood lathes - a Tyme Little Gem and a Coronet Elf. The Tyme has a 20mm x 2mm TPI thread whilst the Little Gem has a 3/4" x 16 TPI thread.

I had resigned myself to having to buy duplicate chucks, etc when on eBay I saw someone selling a spindle converter that they had especially made:

This got me thinking, as it would let me use all my 3/4" x 16 TPI threaded kit from my Cub on the Little Gem.

Is there a Site member who could knock up such an adaptor? If there is, and the cost is not unreasonable, I would far rather put some money their way or make a donation to H4H than give funds to an unknown person on eBay.

    Cheers all - now sorted
