    You never forget your first

My lad has accompanied me on many stalks and was even with me when I grassed a gold medal fallow. Tonight however it was his turn - a vey happy teenager and a very proud dad

prometheus, tell your boy very well done from me. He's beaten me to it and I'm 40!!!

On a slightly more serious note, I know exactly how proud you feel, my 9 year old dropped his first Woodie with his own 28 bore last week and I'm still not sure who's the more chuffed.

This is what it's all about, the future in our hands, our sport will only survive with these skills being passed on, you must be very proud and rightly so, well done to you both.
