Yip, buy the above. Far superior rifle to be honest.

I thought the A7 stock felt cheap, the bolt slack was surprising when working it. At the price circa 1350, you'd be better spending an extra 100 and get an 85 Stainless Synthetic.
If price is an issue, a T3 Lite will do everything the A7 will and indeed the 85. The A7 just felt below what you'd expect for the price and for what else is available within that price range.

PS, Screw cutting and proofed at the proof house 120, still cheeper than the A7 and this comes with 120 of scope mounts!!
OR I have a T3 in .270 for sale at the moment >>HERE<<

Position and hold must be firm enough to support the firearm
The firearm must point naturally at the target without any undue physical effort
Sight alignment (aiming) must be correct
The shot must be released and followed through without disturbing the position

Adam, 1500 won't buy you a better rifle than the Sako I highlighted above - and that one has a Swaro scope worth 450 - 500, for a grand all in??

I don't know what else to suggest. 1500 might buy a fresh second hand synthetic Sauer or Blaser, if that floats your boat. I would buy the Sako.

i think you would be better off with the above rifle,

    999 + 150 for a mod and 100 more for a screw cut.

and still got change for few factory rounds.

the Lord i work for shoots this same rifle and its a cracker.

all the best to a fellow Donny bloke.
