I've been having pretty decent results lately in my wife's Ranger Arms LH 25-06 shooting the Nosler 100 BT pushed with RL-17 , RL-19 and RL-22 .
When I got the gun it had some old reloads with the Speer 120 and IMR4320 that shot really well .
In the Browninh B-78 25-06 I had it seemed to like the Hornady 117 SST with IMR4350 . My Ruger #1B 25-06 seems to be okay with the Nosler 115 BT and IMR4831 .
About 15 years back when Remington first brought out the 700 "Stainless Fluted Sendero" in the HS Precision stock I had a couple one in 7mm REM MAG and one in the 25-06 . The one in the 25-06 was very very fond of the Sierra 87 grain Spitzer , liked it like 1/4 MOA for 5 shots . Tried Berger 87's and couldn't beat it I might add !
The 25-06 is my idea of the Ultimate Groundhog Rifle !
And it ain't a bad long range deer/antelope round either .
Now with that being said I think I've wacked something over a dozen or so deer with it inside 100 yards using the Nosler 115 BT or the Hornady 117 SST .
