    Gamedealer larder inspections

I have searched this forum but have not found a definitive answers. Maybe someone can help me!

Does a vet have to inspect every carcass in a game dealer or a percentage of them?

Does it matter if the deer are skinned or still in the skin? Does it make a difference if the meat is going to be exported to the continent?

Do you need to have the pluck with the deer or not?

Does it need to be a vet that does the inspection?

    Thanks in advance.

No. The 'trained hunter' status allows you to make the declaration - the carcase MUST be tagged.

Section 161 of the Highways Act 1980 (England & Wales) makes it an offence to discharge a firearm within 50 ft of the centre of a highway with vehicular rights without lawful authority or excuse, if as a result a user of the highway is injured, interrupted or endangered.
