    BBC Breakfast News This Morning

Did anyone else see the report on BBC Breakfast News this morning about various different species of animal etc whose numbers are in decline ?

At the time the reporter was telling everyone that numerous species are in decline they had displayed on the screen 6 different animals - one of which was a roe deer and one of which was a fox.

When oh when will they start putting a bit more effort into getting the things they report right.

This is the same BBC that were reporting that there were too many roe deer only a few weeks ago. C'mon guys join the dots.

Make a complaint on the BBC website, in fact we should all complain to the BBC.
Seems to me that they don't like to confuse issues by using facts!

did point out to look north they only were talking to single interest groups they made no mention of increase in preditors and human interferance.

I saw this and couldnt help thinking that if they banned cats, encouraged proper control of squirrels, magpies and crows, that the decline in some of the bird species might just be averted. I'll now put on my tin hat in case I've upset any moggie lovers!

Hedgehogs were mentioned along with climate change! No mention of Badgers competing for same food and eating them?
