Lovely looking rifle. What year is it and who is it made by?
I'd have to shift my No.4 (Armalon barrel), but interested.

very nice takes me back to the my CCF days as a lad. i had a 44' and a #8 .22 mint from enfield small arms gun club later on i used the enfield L42a1 with a pecar slapped on top as a job rifle , all matched with s/number 424 . my pal who worked for the small arms back then still has all his dads mk4's and #8's rf . i'v tryed for years to get one out of him to no avail ,the #4 has only ever had 3 rounds from new as this was given to his dad after the war for long service .pete was working there back then until the day it shut down, if you cut him it would say enfield arms lea lock enfield,he was on the team who had to rush the sa80 out with no new tooling and to this day he says it was wrong and crap rifle as thay had the fn bullpup ready to go cheaper and far better useing real rounds ie 7.62
wished i had a slot i would grab it .
