    Swarovski 10x42EL binoculars

    Looking to go from 8x42 to 10x42. The el range seem to be the bins of choice. Would love the range version but £1750 is a wee bit above my budget. Anybody looking to upgrade?

    Try bushwear in Stirling they had some second hand ones that have been back to Swarovski for servicing !

    Cheers will do. I was watching a doe and young one last night and was surprised at the lack of definition I could get out of my 8x42. Not swarris

    I use 8 x 32 el Swarovski for roe there great ! Clear as a bell and light to carry

    They were doing a trade in offer for EL-Rs so they might have come via that route. If they have been back to Swaro, then they'll be in great nick!

    hi how about a set of zeiss 8x42 fl victory binos as new pm if interested

    No thanks, I have two sets of 8x42. My old eyes need more help, thanks.

    just got a set of EL 8.5x42 imho there is no need for 10 mag

    Ive gone from 7x42 up to 10x42 and can certainly tell the difference. Can't fault the 7x42 but I see the advantages of a higher mag when looking for subtle differences in quarry. But !!! As with any stalking equipment it's personal. What suits one won't always suit another.

    +1. Wobble seems to be the main issue with the 10x, but I use my sticks to stop that

    With 6 1/2 days left, these will go for more than the £460 that they're currently at, but worth watching:
