Daft new stalker question....two triggers? Is that just to change the LOP?

set triggers i am not sure how that model works but mine is the rear trigger works as normal then if you push the front one forward it sets the rear so its like a hair trigger ,i love mine and i would love this rifle but with all the who har i have had over the last year with a variation i don't think they would allow three 270 on my ticket, it looks a lovely rifle ,atb wayne

Not a daft question. It's a double set trigger - the front trigger fires the rifle. Normal pull will be 4 to 5 lbs. if you have time or want a very light trigger you squeeze the back trigger and this sets the front trigger which will then release at a very light touch.

The alternative is a single set, where you push the trigger blade forward to set it.

Set triggers tend to devide opinion, and many modern triggers -eg the Jewell can have a pretty light pull that rather reduces the need. I quite like them and useful for zeroing, but in the field I stick with the standard pull.

Thank you for the explanations chaps, if my FAC would hurry up I would have possibly considered it if they let me have .270 instead of the .243 I have initially asked for that is!
