    .444 marlin ammo

Hi all, I'm starting to get just a touch fed up now, does anybody know where there is any 444 ammo in stock, either reasonably local, or that can be sent to RFD.
Either complete rounds, or bullets, I have powder, cases etc, just can't find any bullets, ammo or molds.
    Cheers

    Pete,

Give Edgar Brothers(they are the Hornady importer for the UK) a call and see if they have any in stock. I did this and then got my RFD to order the ammunition for me, this was some 5 months ago mind you. At the time they had the 265 grain flat nose and Leverevolution and some Remington 240 grain(I think) in stock but cannot remember the amount they had left. If you are reloading try finding someone or a shop in the US to post you some heads.

Cast boolits??? They'll do the job for you. Have you ever tried them?

    Edgar's have none apparently.
Cast is fine by me, as long as they are the correct size, and load data isn't exactly forthcoming. I do use .429 cast over a small bullseye load for plinking, but they won't run at anything useful speed wise.
I would cast my own, but molds are as hard, if not harder, to find as varget :/

maybe I'm just a touch pissed off with spending hours on the phone, web etc to try and find some ammo, or supplies, whilst also working 14-18 hr days, AND doing all the leg work for a tactical comp that I help run, whilst occasionally having time for a dump.

Thus, I posted on here to see if anybody could HELP, not to be told to 'look a bit harder' thank you very much.

My folks taught me 'if you have nothing decent to say, shut up'

so, maybe, suggest where I can get these 'cast boolits, no supply issues' from, instead of just saying look harder.

    Rant over

Cheers chap, I'll ring them in the morning.
As for looking silly, I'm sorry, but I found the comment a bit offensive, my efforts, or time used/wasted trying, and time I don't have to waste, is unknown until now, unless people are aware, they might just think I'm a lazy so and so, but I don't ask for help unless I need it.
