    Philip Moss Leather Jerkin

As above, this was an impulse buy at the Bath & West a couple of years ago having spent too long in the cider tent. I wore it a couple of times to walk the dog but was told in no uncertain terms by my wife that she didn't approve, since then it's been hung in a wardrobe.

It's cotton lined rather than wool, as I reckoned it would be harder wearing.
The label says 42" but I buy 44" or 46" tops and jackets depending on cut and it fits me comfortably over a couple of layers. Across the chest, pit to pit it measures 24" (61 cm) and from neck to hem it's 32" (81 cm).

These are 200 on Phil's web site at the moment, Norma 308 sold one on here for 140 not so long ago and I reckon that's a fair price.
I live in North Dorset and work close to Thruxton if anyone wanted to pick up or I might be able to drop it round, failing that looking at the Royal Mail website postage is going to be 12.

    Cheers,

    Jim

Did the cider cause you to have visions of looking all rustic dressed as a Hobbit and smoking a pipe to boot !
