    One HD38 sold.

    We do have another HD38 listed above still, which is on the way back to us from a magazine who was reviewing it.

    If you were asking what's the difference, the microbolometer in the expensive one is 384x288 vs. 160x120 in the cheaper one. I'd assume there's also some differences in the germanium lenses, and since they're different model series there could also be differences in controls, software etc.

    Thanks fella my mate uses th hd38 has any one compaired the image between the two at say a fox at two hundred yards

    Hello, the HSQ19 is ideal for spotting wildlife at distance, but does not offer the clarity and detail of the HD38.

    We have one HSQ19 and one HD38 left if anyone is interested.
