    Meopta and marchwood.

I bought an at least 3rd hand Meopta meostar R1Rd 3-12 x 56 several months ago. This is an excellent scope and optically on a par with my swarovski 4-12 x 50 av. I broke the IR feature after overtightening it and then putting too much force into trying to take it off.
Called marchwood to explain situation and they suggested I send it to them and they would have a look. Brand new scope arrived today with the only charge being my postage to marchwood.
    Top scope and top service.

Not a bad service considering they told me a few months back that they are no longer the main importer.
Not sure who is, but I had called looking for a 4x32 that nobody had in stock, they had one and got it to me the next day.

I like Meoptas, I know we all bang on about our favourites but I like Meoptas.
I can speak in-depth and with great knowledge about most subjects until some bugger who actually knows what he is speaking about opens his gob .
