    7x33 Sako

    Has anybody got one?
Do you load for it, if so where do you get the bullets for it? 80gr 7mm are nowhere to be found!

I am not sure how useful this is but this comment on the sako collectors club may help.

    Forming 7x33 brass

Also this load on reloaders nest.
Load 11234 detail in caliber 7x33 Sako

    And Sako has brass listed.

I bought one on Wednesday! Looks like it's never been fired.
I got ammo and dies with it but bullet availability is a problem - GMK do not quote ANY reloading components on their site and no doubt would be very expensive (not that I will be shooting 100's of rounds through it).
I could get Hornady 30 cal 80gr pistol bullets and swage them down I suppose.
The other option (my preference) is to get a boolit mould made for me casting around 80 to 90gr.

That loading data looks very useful if only I could get the bullets.
I have plenty of brass which should last a long time I hope.

The Sako website lists brass and loaded ammunition for the 7x33, SAKO Reloading Components but if you would like, I can look in my reference books and see what you could form 7x33 from. Let me know via pm if so. Looking further, Sako produce loaded cartridges so perhaps you can buy the bullets. Look here http://www.sako.fi/pdf/datatables/Sa...atable2013.pdf
