This poll is for stalkers who stalk more than 50 days/ year
I have chosen 50 as I think that will exclude most recreational stalkers and I want to get an idea from people who are out on their ground a lot.

Lets see where this goes

Numbers have held steady, although with Fallow its not easy to make good judgements. I manage areas across the UK and the only place I have seen numbers decline is on CWD in the Beds area. Roe yearlings suffered this spring due to bad weather and heavy snow, but all the does up to now are in very good condition. Mind you the keeper next door to my lease in Bucks was shooting 75 CWD a year I was told which is stupid numbers.

By the end of this year I will have stalked 203 days! Most Fallow are still holding in the deep woods and feeding on sweet chestnut and acorns. All the ones we have culled are heavy in fat and in good condition.

Still to many mature Red Stags being shot in Scotland and mass culls doing no good for deer management.

15 central highlands starting to see impacts of section 7 agreements on the ground plus over culling of stags. Ease of the hinds for a couple of seasons and they bounce right back but it take s longer build back reasonable shootable stags that someone will pay for.

15 & 23, Red & Roe appear to be down and generally stable but areas showing significant rise in Sika populations and distribution.

I'm struggling with the midlands issue
the midlands is a massive area and there are five different species to speak of
but atleast 3 of those are area specific

18 i believe in far SW although all bucks and stag species continue to take a hammering and decline.

Say what you find. If there are different trends in different areas let us know.
This is not scientific, it is just a snap shot.
One thing I am noticing in my local area is a real lack of Roe fawns this year.
